Standard C Battery Size Movements
Our standard size movement has more power than our mini quartz movement. It can carry longer hands (5” to 6”) and runs up to 75% longer with its "C" cell battery. Choose from the 8 different hand styles shown above. These movements are perfect for clocks positioned in places where it may be difficult to change batteries and several years of battery life is desired.

you may have will fit, as the mounting holes are not standardized. Mounting hole sizes and shapes are shown at the
top of the clock hands link.
These C cell standard movements will operate a second hand, but second hands are considered optional. See the bottom of the movement page for the link to our selection of second hands. All models have a 7/16" shaft
diameter so a 1/2" mounting hole is the correct size to drill in your case.
