You must contact us for a material return authorization (MRA) number prior to returning any merchandise.
The MRA number must be printed on the outside of the box being returned and a letter giving us detailed instructions should be included inside the box. Any returns without an MRA number will be refused and returned to sender. Returns of non defective merchandise are subject to a 15 % re stocking charge. No returns are accepted on special order merchandise.
