Our AA battery powered American made mini quartz and mini quartz pendulum movements all have a 10 year replacement warranty.
Our C cell standard and C cell standard pendulum movements also have a 10 year replacement warranty. All other battery, electric, high torque, chime, specialty, auto-set, tide, time & tide, thermometer and other movements all have a 3 year replacement warranty.
All of our insert clocks and weather instruments also have a 3 year replacement warranty. Any batteries that are supplied with our insert clocks are not guaranteed. Warranties are made to the original purchaser and are not assignable to third parties.
Please contact us for a material return authorization (MRA) number prior to returning any merchandise. This MRA number must be printed on the outside of the box being returned and a letter giving us detailed instructions should be included inside the box. Any returns without an MRA number will be refused and returned to sender. Returns of non defective merchandise are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Returns of Fit-ups assembled in house (2-1/4" and larger) are subject to a 25% restocking fee for non-defective merchandise. We strongly advise that you contact technical support with questions before placing your order. No returns are accepted on special order merchandise. Special Order merchandise includes, but is not limited to non-stock merchandise.

Please inspect your orders upon receipt. Any shortages must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt of goods. If it is determined that you are missing an item from your order, it will be shipped to you in the same manner as you had requested your order to be shipped.
Any backorder under $25.00 will be automatically cancelled unless we are notified within 5 days of receipt of goods.
Your order will ship "Best Way" (FOB Los Angeles ). If you request that your order be shipped via a particular method, it may require additional processing time and additional insurance fees may apply. All orders under $500 will incur a $3.99 handling fee in addition to shipping. Residential orders will incur a $2.99 Residential Fee. Orders of $500+ will have the handling and residential fees credited back to the credit card. All Fed Ex and UPS shipments require a street address. Both are offered only within the Continental United States. Overnight and 2-Day orders must be placed by 1pm Pacific Standard Time in order to be shipped the same day. Express Saturday Delivery - Overnight and 2-Day orders with a request for Saturday delivery and received before 1pm Friday can only be delivered in areas where Saturday delivery is available. Saturday delivery incurs additional charges and the cost is typically two times or more times the standard Overnight rate. Requests for Saturday delivery require that you contact a customer service representative by phone immediately after you place the order. Note that 2-Day orders received on Thursday and Friday are scheduled for delivery the following Monday and Tuesday, respectively.
Priority Processing is available for same day order processing and shipping for an additional fee of $20.00. Orders must be placed before 1pm Pacific Time to ship the same day. Orders placed after 1PM Pacific Time will ship the following business day. Priority Processing ensures that your order will ship via Best Method. While most orders are shipped within 48 business hours (excluding holidays) orders with fit-ups will require additional time for assembly. We offer the best selection of fit-ups in the industry. While some of our fit-ups are stocked pre-assembled, and ready to go, many others are custom made to order. Making many of our fit-ups to order allows us to offer thousands of possible models with a lead time of one to two weeks. We think that offering the possibilities we do is worth the wait and so do most of our customers. Just contact one of our customer service representatives to find out what is in stock and current production lead times. Please remember that once we have shipped your order, standard carrier delivery times vary and may range from 2-7 business days. We ship to almost anywhere in the world except Canada. Some items may be excluded for shipment to Mexico. All orders shipped outside of the United States must be paid in full in US funds prior to shipping. Orders will be shipped via the Best Method, however many orders shipped outside the United States may be shipped by Priority Mail International. Any other shipping method for smaller orders does not provide the tracking ability that most customers desire. For larger orders, we will be happy to work with any freight forwarder that you may prefer to use.
International customers - Please allow an initial $55.00 shipping charge for standard orders. This charge includes international paperwork processing and handling which ranges from $15.00-25.00 based on variable shipping and postage factors. For over-sized shipments, high value shipments, etc., in excess of $55, you will be contacted via e-mail regarding additional shipping charges, where applicable, BEFORE your order is shipped. Shipping overpayments will be refunded and underpayments will be billed.
